Sellenca ("the Service") is an AI sales copilot for WhatsApp Web, provided as a paid subscription service by IMAGINE SUPPLY CHAIN LIMITED ("we", "us"). It consists of a Chrome extension that runs inside WhatsApp Web and a web application at app.sellenca.com. The Service is publicly available to businesses on a per-seat subscription.
When your company subscribes to Sellenca, your company decides what customer information is entered and how it is used — your company is the controller of that data. We process it only to provide the Service to you, under your instructions. We do not use your customers' conversation content to train AI models, we do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Only when a signed-in sales rep explicitly clicks an action in the Sellenca panel on https://web.whatsapp.com, the Extension reads:
The Extension does not read chats in the background, does not automatically scan your full chat list, and does not access other websites. Reps confirm every message before it is sent — the Extension does not send messages on its own.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. If your company's workspace has no AI provider key configured, local rule-based logic is used instead and no chat content is sent to an AI provider.
Each subscribing company's data lives in its own workspace, isolated at the database level with role-based access inside your company. Staff from one company cannot see another company's customers, knowledge or reports.
The Extension stores panel state and your session in the browser's chrome.storage.local on the rep's own device. Permissions requested: storage (remember settings and session), host access to web.whatsapp.com (read the open chat and insert drafts), and host access to the Sellenca API (send and receive the data described above).
If you submit your email on sellenca.com (for example to start a trial or request a demo), we use it to contact you about Sellenca. That is separate from the customer data your company processes inside the Service.
We retain your company's data for as long as your subscription is active. Your company can request export or deletion of its data at any time by contacting us, and we delete it after your subscription ends on request.
If you are an end customer of a company that uses Sellenca and want your data accessed, corrected or deleted, please contact that company directly — they control it, and we will support their request.
